Located in the stylish new complex, Gallery 21, Asia de Cuba Bahrain's Chino-Latino flare takes guests on a culinary adventure.The restaurant has been designed to blend a vibrant atmosphere with an innovative menu featuring its signature Chino-Latino plates.
Created by Cuban-born Asia de Cuba Executive Chef, Luis Pous, the menu is rooted in the Asian influence on Cuban food and culture from Havana's Chinatown; ‘El Barrio Chino de la Habana’, one of the oldest and largest in Latin America. By drawing on this cross-cultural influence, Asia de Cuba has created a style of food entirely of its own.
